Sorry Wayne, I didn't mean to commit you to anything. But, like I was saying, I didn't figure there was any car you
could test now, that had wheels which turned on their axles - except postwar cars. Postwar axles don't turn, plus the wheels are held in gauge by swedges on the axles - not the most low-friction solution.
I already described what I did with a needlepoint axle truck. I haven't gotten around yet to trying the Hot Wheels-bearing truck. I'll need to turn some delrin or oilite bushings for that.
