It's a sharp looking car, Wayne. The way the doors run along the bottom edge of the car sides is interesting. I'm unfamiliar with the Chicago & Illinois Midland, so I'll have to read up on that line.

Not much to report here closing out the month. I picked up a Marx set at the local antique emporium for the princely sum of ten bucks...just something else to play around with (the #898 locomotive needs a bit of work):

I figure any one of the cars here is likely worth ten bucks; however, I'm a big fan of the Marx four-wheel six-inch freights, so I'll likely hang onto everything.

Another fun project for this winter.

The tunnel project went into the paint booth this AM...more on that later.
