Denver to Billings train project I did 10 years ago

I was going through some old photos; this series dated from 2016, thought you might enjoy them.

Chip Rovetta rode this train for many years in his youth between Denver and Billings. I helped him bring it back to life

Thanks for posting the pics, Erik. Brother Pete has been interested in the CB&Q's Nightcrawler for some time. That whole operation up into Montana was so different from pretty much everything else that the Burlington did that it naturally engenders curiosity. We have it on our radar screen to model as well, but we're going with a steam-generator equipped SD7:
