European Mikado O scale Brass

Is it a 141 R class Mike? Something like 1200 of them were built post war in the US and Canada to renew war losses for SNCF. May be totally off on my facts off the top of my head.

Does it say 141P on the number plate.? If so that is the loco class. I can’t make it out clearly. The 141 stands for 1 pony axle ,4 driven axles , and 1 trailing axle. In Wyhte parlance 2-8-2. The Pacific would be 231 etc..

I think It may be three rail, or stud rail ? you can see a sprung plunger near the cab.

I remember PFM or some similiar importer advertising 1:48 brass French Steam by Fulgurex, back in the early 70’s, this definitely looks like one of them though I don’t recall the wheel arrangement.
