Glue for Polystyrene and ABS?

Quickie question - what should I be using to permanently attach Polystyrene to a plastic casting? Right now I am using an MEK-based cement (a lot like Ambroid) and the Polystyrene is not sticking.

The best I found was Tenax7r but now NLA. I had it analyzed (chemistry lab) and found it was mostly methylene Chloride. Micro Mark sells a similar product called appropriately “Same Stuff”. I think this is pure methylene chloride. Works but not quite as fast. Not sure how long it will available as the government is trying to take all ME products off the market as they have with aircraft stripper.
