You can also call them on the phone, and talk to a real person, it's not online only. They never shut down the business, just closed the brick and mortar storefront. As far as I know, they still offer all the same things they offered before.

I'm sure their local clientele in Detroit miss that great retail store but I can assure you aside from a short outage while they upgraded their website UI they haven't missed a beat, having ordered numerous times from them in the past year. Still my first go to for decals, detail parts etc. with Des Planes as a close second.
