I had just eaten lunch. Now I gotta clean my keyboard.

Hundred Bucks. Home made, including scribed siding for the engine hood. 1/2 an All-Nation power truck stuck in the back, looks like a large H0 motor, photos so bad looked like a glass fuse for driveshaft, but probably clear tubing. Need an 8' stepladder to get into it.
Not sure what that bit hanging off the left side of the hood is. Street light?

That'll teach you not to eat lunch; 2 weeks of your life wasted every year!

Anywho, the "Loboy Heister O-scale 2 Rail Engine" that he has listed is more interesting,

Actually, I think its kinda quaint. More folkish art that model train, but a real conversation piece for sure.

Good point - folk art. Probably sell for more if listed in such a category!

Thanks, Dave.
I always like the ones that are being sold for a relative.
That way one doesn't really need to know what it is.

I am reasonably familiar with logging locos. Have several Shays, a Heisler, and Climax.
Not in 0.

Botchman did their Climax by finding the one existing engine, North Carolina I think, that did not have a dynamo. But that didn't stop them from putting electric headlamps on the engine (not vented oil or gas light).
The one shown somebody has crammed a dynamo between the steam dome and the front cab wall.
Imagine trying to work on it there.

I even have a running Vulcan Duplex. Someday I'll finish the details. Think Heisler with cab door moved from back side of cab to front, all running gear removed, ad two 0-4-0 Porter drives under it.

I don't know about the rest of you. but this really moved my needle price wise regarding this "Loboy Heister"

Maybe geared engines are like traction, sometimes there's no explaining the selling price.
