I had just enough welding class to know half the battle is knowing the correct settings on the welder and the right rod for the material which you are welding......then, practice practice practice. A pair of shade 5 glasses and one of the new auto dimming masks, heavy gloves, and you're good to go. If I live long enough I will probably purchase some sort of welder.
