Looking at the Woodland Scenics P/N and other ebay offerings for the same part, I would have to say this is a brass 0-80 screw,1/4" long with a filister head. A bit pricey for 5 screws. I purchase almost all of my small machine screws from McMaster Carr in 100 lot boxes. There are other sources for small machine screws. 00-90 screws are more expensive and less common but 0-80. 1-72 and 2-56 screws are easy to obtain on the net.

Joe is correct. I can get 100 screws from Micro Fasteners for half that price. I generally choose aircraft steel socket heads, but they sell brass model hex heads too.
The one product that is missing (well, too expensive to consider) is the steel hex heads that Betty Cole used to sell. They were perfect for a lot of O Scale applications, although intended for live steam.

I would guess the seller copied and pasted 0-200cm from something else.
The UPC # is included in the eBay offer and is a clue to what the seller is selling.
I have noticed we can pay a wide range of prices for our model railroad supplies.
Sometimes the higher price includes free shipping and no sales tax making it equal or lower than the lowest price for total cash paid out.
I usually just go to the local hobby store so I can get it in a few minutes instead of 2 to 10 days.
And, on occasion, I go to Copper State Nut and Bolt (17 minute drive) and get a box of 100. Almost always cheaper if I need more than the 5 in a Woodland Scenics package.

Here you go - fifty for five bucks. Understand, they are socket head aircraft alloy, not brass.

Let me see if I can find model hex heads in brass?

A hundred for eight bucks. Not sure if these are model hex or just standard. But brass!
