Re: Love those PA's
Nice photo, Erik.
Only thing that gives it away that it's "not the real thing" is the lack of the
characteristic Alco clouds of exhaust smoke from the turbocharger lag...

Well I did put some smoke in there after all for that reason.

Re: Love those PA's
Great photo Eric ...love the sense of motion ... now if you can add some audio of the Alco 4 stroke roar and turbo locked in 8th notch ...fond memories of riding behind the PA's up to Montreal many moons ago.
Summer of 2014 looking out my warehouse window ...there was the Nickle Plate PA working it's way back home ..lashed up with a few other pretty veteran diesels .... my brother in laws' Alco RSD5 with the group on it way to Union along with the Burlington E and C N&W F units. The LEM sat at the Pershing yard for 2 days till they found an train to pull them to the next leg of the trip.
Cheers Carey

Hello Eric
You are a master with capturing light . Do you use a cyclo-rama for a back drop ? the water along the right-way..the smell of the corn ..the heat of the sun on your neck as you raise the camera to take the photo, enough of a breeze to keep the flies away ... just beautiful.
Thank you for posting you art work.
Cheers Carey

Re: Love those PA's
Ive just started gathering gear for the DCC installation on those Santa Fe PA's.. I am paying close attention to one if not the most innovative and incredible installs of DCC on Earth over at the A&O. The gentleman behind this is profound.

Re: Love those PA's
Eric the models , lighting and photography is outstanding ..... are you moving the train and camera at the same rate when shooting ? ( to capture the in motion look?)
I'm so embarrassed with my I phone photos sorry ...

True- does indeed suggest you're pacing the train in 1/48 or 43 die-cast '57 Chevy at a scale 60 mph, J. Parker Lamb would be pleased.
Litigation Crisis Consultant- remediating legal-media issues; mitigating federal, state and local investigations, court orders etc. Your serial felony history, contractual defaults, bankruptcies no big deal.
