Somebody will come up with a trade. My Shell and Deep Rock kits are pristine!
Funny - I always thought Mobilgas was a really good example of the Lobaugh art, and consider the A&P an interesting piece of semi-junk.

That stuff you gus call junk looks great to me.
I do remember when I could do a reasonably good
job of assembling kits and even a few scratch built
items. Eyes and fingers just won't allow that now.

Well, I couldn’t wait. This is a 1950s Lobaugh tank, rivets and all. It is more or less ready for decals, and we have Lobaugh-style decals! Photo in two weeks with decals and handrails/ladders.

Re: Lobaugh Freight Cars
Hello Lobaugh fans ...I was very fortunate to pick up an early outside brace Katy car ..circa 1936 +- before Lobaugh offered their own trucks and had a wood under frame ....matching the same construction found on their 7/16 scale (standard gauge) line of cars . Lobaugh produced some nice looking period cars for my money .

I'll say! That looks better than my Scale Craft boxes.

I think that I have one of those somewhere; at least I recognize the underframe construction style.
