Hello all
Currently on ebay an interesting old 440 .....( way over priced..in my humble opinion) ..... is this a kitbash with a tinplate motor ?
Looking at the other items the sellers has .....suggested pricing is a bit overly optimistic .... but then again the price of oil is climbing if there is any corollary...
Cheers Carey

It's gets better - look at the other O scale items the seller has listed,
I expect nothing and I’m still let down.

Looks like it might be a Marx drive.

Probably not Marx. Usually have driver spur gears flush with edge of flange edge. Note "usually".
Sliders (well, the one remaining one) looks like Lionel.
I wouldn't pay $5.85 delivered for it.
