No real interest and sitting in an airport with a delayed flight and lousy WiFi.....

I've been buying some rare pool cues:

Tramp,

Is that a genuine George Balabushka LGB-2 I see there or one of the licensed re-creations?

Found one! And it costs less than a kingdom (i.e., less than a Lionel Boxcar.) Plus... it is solar powered.

Déjà vu, summer is blasting Tucson again.

Wayne! Here is one for you. Went to a new dentist for a routine cleaning, at least my teeth are fine! And they take your blood pressure. They took mine twice with two different machines. Everyone looking Terrified. They wanted to call 911. Apparently my pressure, according the the Hypertension Society of the US, was the highest recorded without death: 221/129. Also had a 219/137, etc. “She wasn’t that cute!”

Healey,

If that doesn't raise your blood pressure, you are indeed, dead!

Tramp, What was the outcome of all that?? Hope all is well! I can see how hangin' out with Daisy would get the old BP up!

Recommend change your dental hygienist. The blood pressures you give above are normal for many people when they visit the dentist. I too have high blood pressure when I visit the dentist.

Protocol for patients with a blood pressure reading in excess of 200 mm Hg systolic or 115 mm Hg diastolic, is that local anesthetics with epinephrine should be avoided. Epinephrine causes an increase in heart rate, muscle strength, blood pressure, and sugar metabolism.

Recommend you check your blood pressure at home when you are relaxed.

I just checked mine and got the reading shown below.

Have a home monitor and have recorded the same pressures. I have NO fear of the dentist.

Anyway, better subject:
