REMEMBER

I remember that morning like it was yesterday. We were packing up as we were moving from Kansas to Missouri. The mother in law called and said turn on the TV we are being attacked. Turned it on just before the 2nd plane hit the other tower. My first thought was it was an accident but then it became obvious it was a terrorist attack.
It's still hard to imagine all the people that lost their lives that day
Re: REMEMBER
Horrifying day for our country that I will never forget, yet I was married 30 years ago this day.
Re: REMEMBER
Happy anniversary, you'll never forget that date. I remember bein' in the parts dept. at the dealership and could see the TV in the customer waiting room just as the second plane hit. Less people died at Pearl Harbor from 315 military planes than died from 4 airliners on 9-11. I still think that the Twin Towers should have been rebuilt exactly like they were, except on one of them they should have put a giant human hand on top with the middle finger facing Mecca.
If you agree with the Progressives, it's freedom of speech. If you disagree, it's hate speech. There are no alternatives.
Re: REMEMBER
I was in New Orleans for a business conference. I was in my hotel room getting dressed, with the TV running in the background. Listening to all newscasters speculating that it was a horrible accident, then the 2nd aircraft slammed into the other tower, which I saw live. At that moment, knowing this was intentional...........I was just full of rage and disbelief.

Re: REMEMBER
I was at my parents house seal coating their driveway. I did most of their dirty jobs, a regular Mike Rowe. The next door neighbor comes out and asks me if I knew what was going on in NYC? I go inside and there they were, watching the whole mess, couldn't be bothered to come out and tell me: "Oh by the way......
