Seen on YouTube
Don’t know if this thread will get any traction but I couldn’t think of another place to post it.
I know I’ll get raised eye brows when I say I don’t know what I was looking at on YouTube for this to come up on my feed.

Oh Boy!
Some of the comments were really funny! Beavers like wood....etc.
This thread can only go up from here. I can only handle 12-15 minutes tops on YouTube vids. Hopefully we’ll see something more constructive as this thread progresses lol:

Re: Seen on YouTube
I suspect that the number of people that pick up on the double entendre is pretty limited. The original Naked Gun movie had a joke along similar lines
Leslie Nielsen is looking up at Priscilla Presley who is standing on a ladder when he says "Nice beaver".
She replies "I just had it stuffed" as she descends the ladder holding a stuffed rodent. This was back in 1988.
Not sure how many people today know/understand what it's slang for. I am more astounded that a) someone went to all that trouble to write and illustrate a book like this and b) someone actually published it, and ultimately c) it's actually selling? Waste of paper, time, and talent.

Once I built a railroad, I made it run,
Made it race against time.
Once I built a railroad, now it's done --
Brother, can you spare a dime?

I agree, and all probably true but someone probably made a bunch of money doing it. People like making money.

A few years after the start of the internet. An all girls college in Glenside Pa had to change their name. Beaver college changed to arcadia. It was impossible for people to google a correct link to them. every search went to a porn site.
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

A generational thing, most likely. You could probably write a book (if it hasn't already been done) on sexually oriented slang. Remember poontang (various spellings and pronunciations)? Haven't heard that one in years. The one that (ttbomk) hasn't gone away is pussy, I guess the millennials still use that one. When something goes from crude to acceptable is anybody's guess.....and how was pussy tied to felines (pussycat)?
Come back in a few hundred years and will you even be able to converse?
Re: Seen on YouTube
I ran across a young pretty girl YouTube video doing exercises which led to more and I watched some. Which led to bikinis and fashion shows. But this really is a form of mild porn. If the definition of porn is nudity this wasn't really porn but the cameras focus was always on the sex parts. Many were Japanese. I quit them as I felt foolish.
My question is why would they make these, do they make money somehow? sexy young women just want to show off? Some were genuine exercise video's but really pretty young girls

Re: Seen on YouTube
Daniel Tosh has a show called Tosh.O where they break down videos and interview people doing dumb stuff. One episode had young teenage girls in pajamas reading stories, or some such thing, can’t remember the whole context but pretty innocent IIRC. What was staggering is the millions upon millions of views it had in such a short period of time. There are some sick people out there.

I don't know the in and outs, but I think they are paid by the number of hits (views).

And a lot of them make it onto his show. He's quite a character, isn't he.

I am referring to the sick viewers of the young girls YouTube channel. I personally don’t see where the people as an entirety who come on his show are sick. A little crazy maybe but not sick. I find him to be quite entertaining, maybe you see it differently. Hard to tell what ‘he’s quite the character isn’t he’ implies. I on the other hand recognize what I find funny may not necessarily be funny to guys on a forum who’s average age I suspect is around 70+. No offense intended with that statement but I suspect humor doesn’t always transcend age.
