Crapper 2.0

Postby gregj410 » Sun Mar 07, 2021 6:53 am

I was here during the crapper days. What fun
I don’t remember exactly why the crapper got dumped but I’m sure it couldn’t be worst than some of the other threads we currently have going. Is there any chance of a crapper 2.0 thread? Regardless I guess we can find out. This thread inspired my thoughts

I’m pretty sure Bill didn’t want the crapper to continue. It only prompted ill will between forums and its membership. I’d vote just to stay away from it. This is a small enough hobby without alienating other hobbyist.

I used to participate in that thread but when you look at it from a different point of view you tend to see how it doesn’t benefit the forum.

Exactly.

Yeah, I see that tripe posted on a corvette forum I frequent. "what's your favorite color interior", "what did you do for a living" , "do you use your horn". Only good part is you can elect not to read them.

On an antique motorcycle forum. There was a question. When and how hard should i apply my brakes?
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

On the big O gauge forum I see questions and I think how on earth are you going to build a layout if you have to ask that question.
