Does the man experiencing her spitting copiously directly in his face actually think it is funny, or does he simply tolerate it , as opposed to reaching across and slapping her across the face ?

Are we allowed to wonder what the result would have been if he had spit like that in her face ? Can you imagine !

I believe spitting on a person , in NYC , for example, especially in the subway system, is considered criminal assault.

Maybe you guys need to look more closely; way to quick to find fault with the girl, :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

He reached over and tipped her bottle of beer up into her face and that startled her enough to spew beer back on him.

He caused it and got what he deserved for being to total gormless ******....

She should have followed it up with a good crack across the head with the bottle!
