Remarkable. I applaud their coming up with something novel, something one doesn't see every day , or ever before. They certainly drew attention to the new tram, their goal, I assume. Bravo and Brava.

That's what it looks like. I couldn't find any technical information in English.

The Washington, D.C. track looks just like cable track. The third rail contact is in the underground vault. Perhaps, the Tours third rail is not activated until the car is over it.
