I can't imagine why. It was an awful, useless pile, IMunHO. I empathized with and had sympathy for no character in the story.

Once Upon a Time in the West.

Yep, both iconic and well worth the watch. Yeah, James Wood was a real ******* and Henry Fonda really went out of character in "west"

"Wendy, give me the bat."

I agree. It is hard to build up any sort of feelings for any of the characters. Even I wanted Wendy to give Jack the bat.

Still, it is a scary movie.

The Quiet Earth

Them

I just now caught the last five minutes+ of a 2016 movie, "The Young Messiah," directed by Cyrus Nowrasteh . Hearing The Blessed Mother tell Him of His origin, and hearing His internal reflection on who He was and what His purpose was, was intriguing and very moving (though I had not anticipated or expected it, initially. It moved quickly in its ability to reach in deeply.) IMHO. Murph

An enjoyable movie: "Scent of Woman," especially that Tango near the end. However, the real gift of the movie was that song, "Dance Me To The End of Love," as sung by Leonard Cohen. If you have ever loved or been loved by a woman, that song somehow sums it all up, along with that dance. IMHO. Murph

I just watched a you tube version of that song that has scenes from the movie along with some others.
All very beautiful. Especially the woman.
