The sale of the company three years ago and the culture change that has come with it has pretty much driven the last nail in my stay/go decision making process...this past May I gave notice that, after completing the 2014 SEC filings in March of 2015, I'll be moving on. The boys at Morgan Stanley tell me that the financial plan is in good shape, but ask if I'm emotionally ready to retire. I say oh heck yeah...

Back on the previous page! A bit of an exaggeration on my part, but it felt that way many times. I made the mistake of going from craft into management and once you did that, they pretty much owned your *ss!
