If you can plan it right, Social Security is just the icing on the cake.

Absolute nonsense; I know exactly the market value of housing my neighborhood and then the surrounding area. Friend of mine in the housing construction business - I visit his job sites. I know exactly what those houses sell for - just north of insane. And they are not all the far from where my 1st house was 35 years ago. I know how the prices have changed. In the past I have also bought & sold real estate - buy low; sell higher - built that retirement fund. I regularly check into property prices here and in PA where I own property.

I buy a my clothes second hand except shoes and underware.

The price of clothes is major theft. I have not bought much new in years. What I do get is from Costco at maybe 25% of retail elsewhere.

My son was flunking out of college so I told him “you will marry the girl I choose."

He said, "no."

I told him, "she is Bill Gates's daughter."

He said, "yes."

I called Bill Gates and said, “I want your daughter to marry my son."

Bill Gates said, "no."

I told Bill Gates, "my son is the CEO of the world bank."

Bill Gates said, "yes."

I called the president of the world bank and asked him to make my son the CEO.

He said, "no."

I told him, "my son is Bill Gates's son-in-law."

He said, "yes."

And that's exactly how politics works. And thus, began the practice of hiring morons to work in influential positions of government. This practice remains unbroken to this day.

Well, it's certainly how some get elected in NY.

3 x 2 is 6, 6 x 4 is 24. Boom, the answer.
