Yes, the smart phones track you 100%. They know exactly where you are at..... When the cell phone is on. Mine is only on when I need to use it. I still have a land line phone.
As more electric cars come into use all newer cars will have a chip that records the mileage you travel and report it to the Government so they can tax you because they are not getting a gas tax from you.
Probably a GPS that tracks your speed and knows if you are breaking the speed limit. They will send you a ticket and be able to disable you vehicle if you don;t pay.
