I too was locked out for not subscribing late last year. I was told that the 'algorithm' had selected me, and I must either pay or go. I rather watch this board and the various FB 2R groups that I subscribe to.

Hi folks, Apologies...I ended up with the Lobaugh J3a kit. Being a C&O nut, I couldn't pass up this historical kit. I agree that I probably overpaid for it. Now if only I could find a very well assembled one. I've really gotten fond of Lobaugh since picking up a 4-4-0 on a whim a couple years ag...

Hi Jim, Thanks for the info! I've a Saturn 3 Ultra that I bought last year still sitting in the box -- never had time to open it. Plus ventilation is another concern with the volatile organics. Like you mentioned, there are lots of tricks which I need to learn before I can get good prints like yours...

After some agony related to pdf vs.jPeg, I got Joe Ferraioli's Atlantic scanned. I haven't heard from Joe in decades, and am hoping he does not mind seeing his photos here. Check out the masterful modifications on this one - and the paint job, which I hope to duplicate some day on my AN Ten-wheeler...

That's correct, the standard sign-up method seems to work now. I received an "Account activated" email a couple days after signing up.
